They’re light weight, easy to carry and they keep you dry. They’re easy to carry around when you don’t have enough room for an umbrella. They go about 2-3 inches past my knees, and the arms are really long and wide! Theirs plenty of room in it if you need to carry something that needs to be kept dry. The hoodie is a made with different material, and has a good drawstring to keep it close to you face without blowing off.
